Commonwealth Senior Living at North Byron

I recently called looking for a place for my mom. Although we cannot have my mom live here for financial reasons, the lady over the phone was very helpful in giving me options. She then also emailed me steps to take and called me back a week later to see if I needed anything else. She was very friendly and I give them 5 stars for customer service.

We moved my grandma into Commonwealth about six months ago, and it has been such a positive experience for our family. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure she is well cared for and comfortable. The food is great, and she has made so many new friends, which means a lot to us. A special thank you to Mackenzie and Katrina—they have been incredible to work with. They are always responsive, take the time to answer our questions, and address anything that comes up quickly while following through every time. We are so grateful for the care and support they provide and would highly recommend this community to others

I came in for a tour for my husband. Sarah Woltman was a great help in my decision. She worked with me and has been helpful in the transition. She listens to me when I need someone to talk to about how I am feeling. She is great. Thank you Sarah!

My loved ones have lived at commonwealth for a little over 3 months now. They have nothing but great things to say about their new home and all the programs they do. They really enjoy the bible study and sitting with their friends at lunch. The food is always warm and lots of options. The room sizes are HUGE and worked great when it came time to "downsize" all their stuff. When we visit there is always friendly staff and the care staff don't just help with their care but take time to check in with us often. The new Director Mackenzie is always helpful with any questions we have had and has made the move to assisted living very simple.

I visit weekly, the building is always clean, and the staff are always friendly. The monthly family nights are great, live music, delicious food and fun for residents and families.
